Soleil Films was founded by actress/producer/director
Florence Regina in June 2002. Its mission is to produce projects with
integrity: films, documentaries and television programs that show the
strength of the individual and the depth of human spirit. We look
to promote awareness and passion in our audience.

UP BAYBAY” starring Mad TV's Debra Wilson, a co-production between
Soleil Films and Post Meridien Production. Film

Films: An Evening of Haitian Filmmaking
“ART”, written and
directed by David Lipson, a co-production between Soleil Films and Silent
Echo Productions, was an Official Selection of the 2005 SoCal Independent
Film Festival.
Currently in post production
is the feature length documentary, “DIABETES AND ME”. This documentary
focuses on living with diabetes and chronicles one woman's life with
this disease. From the isolation of thinking she was the only
one with diabetes, to the husband she never thought she would have -
even if she did live long enough to marry, we join her on her brave
quest to find a cure, a community, and herself.
Soleil Films is now in development of
an animated series called, “LI'L EFF & PEPPER”. Several
feature film and television projects are also in development:
